SIAG Aerisyn LLC, Chattanooga, Tennessee

Since August 20th 2009 Aerisyn Energy LLC belongs to the SIAG Group.  The production site located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA produces steel towers with highest quality and shipment performance for the North American market.

With a capacity of 1,000 segments or 250 towers the Chattanooga production site is able to produce at full capacity utilization.  Therefore the Groups capacity is increased from 600 to 1600 towers per year.  With ten production sites in Europe, Africa and America plus a trading and quality assurance site in Singapore a worldwide presence is assured, despite international financial crises.

Aerisyn LLC was founded in 2005 with an open area of 70.000 square meters and canopied area of 21.000 square meters.  Full capacity utilization of 1,000 segments will be achieved during the middle of 2011 with the number of employees totaling 240.

SIAG has also built the biggest production site in Ain Sokhna, Egypt and in only one year the wind market of the USA developed.  Goal is for our clients in the primary markets to know SIAG Aerisyn LLC like they know SIAG Group from Germany and Europe.

In the first step SIAG has acquired 70% of SIAG Aerisyn LLC from SIAG North American Holdings Inc., located in Dover, Delaware.  Until 2012 in which the remaining 30% will be acquired.
For the future planned is another production site in the middle western USA.
