New members appointed to the Supervisory Board

Dernbach, June 25, 2007. The local court in Montabaur has entered the change of registered address from Leipzig to Dernbach / Westerwaldkreis for the SIAG AG into the commercial register effective as of June 22, 2007.

Relocating the headquarters had already been decided upon at the general meeting of the SIAG AG in Berlin on March 21, 2007. Along with this relocation, the company’s articles of association have been amended. In this context, the supervisory board was enlarged from three to six members. Mr. Mario Hotz ( DKB, Berlin), Mr. Rolf Mähliß, Dipl.-Kfm. (Board Member of the DKB, Berlin) and Mr. Hans Jakob Zimmermann, Kfm. (Sal. Oppenheim Jr. & Cie., Cologne) were appointed on June 25, 2007 in addition to the current supervisory board members Ms. Dagmar Schaaf (SIAG shareholder), Mr. Helmut Rössler, Dipl.-Ing. and Prof. Dr. Ing. Peter Schaumann from the University of Hannover. Mr. Helmut Rössler was re-elected as chairman of the supervisory board and Mr. Hans Jakob Zimmermann as the vice-chairman.

Mr. Rössler greeted the new supervisory board members and expressed his gratitude to the re-elected previous supervisory board members for their many years of commitment. "The abilities and expertise of all six members complement each other in the best way possible. We will be able to commit ourselves with even more intensity to the further growth of SIAG and the measures necessary for it in the best interests of the business."
